Sunday 29thJuly  No Racing – too windy.

Sunday evening 22nd July,7pm start.

A lovely evening for sailing.Warm, sunny periods, strange cloud formations with blue sky holes,a gentle breeze dropping off with a bit of a shift.

OD…John Gibbison   Safety boat helm….Rohan

90 minutes of racing, slowest boats going off first. Uschi in a Laser set off at time zero and nobody managed to overtake her,not even Chis Spicer in his Blaze!! Chris Baines was in a dreamworld…..thought he had lapped Uschi a few times!!!! A keenly fought battle (not) in the closing minutes for that first slot competing in the best possible manner.

!st   Uschi….Laser 4.7

2nd   Chris S….Blaze

3rd  Chris B…..sorry but dream-on! OK

4th  Dave B….Streaker

5th Brookie…..Laser Radial

6th Dave I and Dave ….Wayfarer.

We finished to a cracking sunset through light cloud.
